1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services at taka999. By accessing the taka999 platform or registering an account, you are considered to have fully read and understood these Terms and agreed to comply with them.

These Terms have been prepared in English for Bangladeshi users. If you have difficulty understanding any provision of these Terms, please contact our support team — they provide assistance in both Bengali and English.

taka999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2. Membership and Account

To use services at taka999, you must open a personal account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Creating an account with false information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. taka999 reserves the right to investigate multiple accounts held by the same person, accounts operated from the same device, or multiple members of the same household using the same device.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request, taka999 may ask you to verify your identity. This may require submitting a copy of your national ID card, passport or applicable government-issued document. Payment may be held until this process is completed.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account with any third party or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Age and Eligibility

All services at taka999 are for persons aged 21 years or older only. Account registration without confirmation of 21+ age is not accepted. Use of the service by minors is prohibited, and if proven, the account and all associated balances will be forfeited.

The following persons may not open an account at taka999:

• Any person under 21 years of age.
• Those who have voluntarily self-excluded.
• Those whose accounts have previously been closed by taka999.
• taka999 employees or their immediate family members.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for financial transactions at taka999. No other payment method is currently accepted.

4.1 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Transactions below these amounts will be automatically rejected by the system.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawal may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if any active investigation is ongoing on the account.

4.3 Fraudulent Activity

If evidence of fraud, money laundering or unfair advantage is found in any transaction, taka999 is entitled to cancel the relevant transaction and suspend the account. taka999 also reserves the right to report information to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

taka999 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement is attached to the bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.1 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus must be used within a set period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• taka999 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The taka999 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is set for each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets and playing casino games at taka999.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

taka999 reserves the right to cancel any bet that has been accepted due to a technical error, incorrect odds display or system failure. In such cases, the original deposit will be returned, but no winnings will be paid.

6.2 Sports Betting

taka999's defined rules apply to betting on all sports events including cricket, football and basketball. The right to change odds after a match has started or during an event is reserved.

6.3 Game Results

Casino game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). In the event of a dispute over a game result, taka999's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.4 Collusive Misconduct

Colluding with other players to place bets, attempting to hack the system, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage by any means will result in immediate account closure by taka999.

7. Account Deactivation

You may close your account at any time. To do so, notify our support team via live chat or email. It is your responsibility to withdraw any existing balance before closing the account.

7.1 Closure by taka999

taka999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonus terms.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.
